Biography
My name is Chris Spear and I am the owner of Trusted Check Home Inspections. My wife Caitlin and I relocated to the Tampa Bay area over 8 years ago as Caitlin is originally from here. With a background in multiple different areas of construction the decision to start a home inspection business allows me to bring my years of experience along with a trusted and reliable reputation to the industry. We have been married for over 13 years and have beautiful twins, Maverick & Harper. In my spare time, I enjoy all things motorsports, motorcycle racing, golf, cycling and enjoying the beautiful weather and beaches that Florida has to offer.
