Biography
My name is Chris Spear, and I am the owner of Trusted Check Home Inspections. My wife Caitlin and I relocated to the Tampa Bay area over 10 years ago as Caitlin is originally from here. With a background in multiple different areas of construction and home maintenance, the decision to start a home inspection business allows me to bring my years of experience along with a trusted and reliable reputation to the industry. We have been married for over 13 years and have three beautiful children: twins, Maverick & Harper and Hazel. In my spare time, I enjoy motorcycle racing, golf, cycling and enjoying the beautiful weather that Florida has to offer.
