Customized Maintenance Packages
Need something more tailored? We will work with you to build a personalized service package that fits your home’s unique needs — from one-time fixes to large-scale upkeep projects.
Routine Services offered:
- HVAC filter replacement (filter provided)
- Smoke/CO battery replacement (batteries provide) or installed (not provided)
- Refrigerator water filter replacement (filter not provided)
- Light bulb replacement (bulb provided)
- Inspect under all sinks for evidence of water issues/damage.
- Removal of wasps, insect nests, etc.
- Lubricate all garage door hinges, springs, bearings, rollers, and pivot points & safety test.
- Visual inspection of exterior
- Visual inspection of roof (1 per year)
- Visual inspection of attic for pests, water damage, etc.
- Gutter cleaning & inspection (first story, one per year)
